We are hiring: Customer Engineer

Grandmetric Managed Services team is looking for a Customer Engineer.

Duties:

• Acting as 1st line of support for GMS Clients;
• Servicing network infrastructure (IMACs);
• Infrastructure stock management;
• Servicing IoT components, such as IoT gateways, sensors, actors;
• Participating in the product development process;
• Learnig networks, IoT, DevOps;
• Customer Technical Engineering team work optimization;
• New ideas development.
