    • Price: 1250 USD net/person (4400 PLN net/os.)

What will you learn in BGP training?

    • You’ll master practical traffic control techniques: prepending, MED, Local-Pref, route filtering, and communities.
    • You’ll learn to design and maintain Internet Edge and WAN redundancy using iBGP/eBGP.

    BGP training description

BGP for Enterprise WAN & Internet Edge is an intensive, 2-day technical training focused 80% on practical labs.

The course guides participants through a comprehensive understanding of the BGP protocol.

    The program includes:

    • Operation basics and specifics in operator environments,
    • Practical prefix manipulation mechanisms,
    • Designing and securing an enterprise Internet Edge.

    Participants will learn how to:

    • Diagnose and optimize BGP sessions,
    • Analyze the path selection process,
    • Understand the differences between iBGP and eBGP,
    • Design and maintain redundant WAN environments and operator connections.

After the course, engineers will understand exactly why a given entry appears in the routing table and how to influence traffic policies to achieve the desired results.

    What does the price include?

    • Training and training materials
    • Access to the demo environment
    • Certificate of participation
    • Lunch and coffee breaks

    Who is BGP Training for?

This training is ideal for individuals who:

    • Work with routing in medium-sized and large enterprises,
    • Manage Internet Edge, ISP, or WAN connections,
    • Configure Cisco or other routers,
    • Want to be able to intelligently control traffic at the Internet interface,
    • Want to learn advanced routing protocol diagnostics.

    Typical roles:
Network Engineers, Senior Network Engineers, WAN Engineers, Security Engineers, NOC Engineers, and Network Consultants.

This BGP Training is NOT for you if:

This training is not intended for individuals who:

    • Are just starting out in networking and don’t know the basics of routing,
    • Are looking for a course on configuring routers from scratch,
    • Wish to gain theoretical knowledge only without labs,
    • Do not work or plan to work with BGP routing in an enterprise environment.

If you are unsure whether the level of training is appropriate, please contact us and we will help you select the training that best suits your role and experience.

What are the benefits of BGP for Enterprises & Internet Edge training?

    What does the participant gain?

    • Confidence in working with BGP—understanding decision-making mechanisms and the ability to predict network behavior.
    • Ability to design Internet Edge and WANs in r edundant and highly available architectures.
    • Practical troubleshooting skills—diagnosing sessions, prefixes, ranges, attributes, and non-obvious behavior in RIB/FIB.
    • Ability to consciously manipulate traffic (MED, Local-Pref, AS-Path, communities, filtering).

    What does the company gain?

    • A more stable and predictable network – fewer incidents resulting from BGP misconfigurations.
    • A more secure and optimized Internet Edge, which translates into improved service availability for users and customers.
    • Fewer costly downtime thanks to expert diagnostics and rapid problem resolution by the team.
    • The ability to collaborate effectively with operators – engineers better understand their policies and can design correct configurations.
