    Sales Manager

    Hi, we are Grandmetric!

    We’re a group of techy yet business-oriented people who like to solve puzzles related to IT transformation projects for global and domestic companies. The scope of our technical activities and specializations cover mainly networks, wireless, cybersecurity, data centers, collaboration, and software development.

    As a Sales Manager, you will support the sales team in achieving their goals and develop the sales process to be best suited to our projects.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Implementation of Grandmetric’s sales strategy and goals
    • Shaping the Grandmetric sales process
    • Support and Development of the Sales Team in everyday tasks
    • Measuring and maintaining sales process indicators at the expected level
    • Development of sales support tools and the sales process itself
    • Maintaining and building good relationships with partners and suppliers
    • Researching the needs of current customers and learning about their challenges
    • Cooperation with a team of certified IT engineers in the field of networks, cybersecurity, wireless networks, systems and applications
    • Cooperation with Marketing, Technical Pre-Sales, Business Development teams, and the Grandmetric Management Board
    • Representing Grandmetric at industry events

    Required skills:

    • Ability to work with people and support the Team as a Leader
    • Excellent communication skills and high personal culture
    • Knowledge of team management techniques
    • Good work organization and orientation towards process automation
    • Ability to establish long-term business relationships and adapt to existing customer needs
    • High linguistic culture in Polish and very good knowledge of English
    • Willingness to travel on business and a Category B driving license
    • Sales experience in the IT industry preferred
