As Key Account Manager, you will build and develop relationships with Grandmetric Clients, and you will learn about their needs in order to help them solve their business challenges with technical and consulting solutions.
Challenges and responsibilities
- Reach sales targets
- Develop trust in relationships with Key Clients
- Portfolio development for Grandmetric
- Understand Customers’ needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between the Key Clients and the Grandmetric team
- Ensure timely response to all sales leads and Customers correspondence
- Offer, agreements preparation, negotiations, deal closing
- Actively looking for new sales opportunities and acquiring new customers
- Continues technical updates delivered by the technical team
Our expectations
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Motivation to achieve the targets and develop Grandmetric business
- Fluent Polish and English fundamentals
- B driving license
