Being a Junior Systems Engineer (CX Engineer) in Grandmetric Managed Services Team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of our internal and Clients’ infrastructures. You will also take part in the implementation of projects for Grandmetric Clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Work as a Junior CX Engineer in Grandmetric Managed Services Team, being the 1st line support for Networks and Systems of Grandmetric Internal and External Clients
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Grandmetric IoT products and solutions
- Network and IoT hardware installs, moves, adds, and changes
- Close and daily cooperation with the Advanced Services Team
- Automation of your everyday tasks
- Work with Grandmetric world-class Engineers and Architects on projects of various scales
- Work with a stack of products, technologies, and tools like (but not limited to): Cisco ISE/Firepower/Anyconnect, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Switches/Routers/Wireless/SD-WAN, Fortinet Products, Palo Alto NG-Firewalls/Panorama, Ansible Playbooks, Python, K8S, Vmware, Azure/AWS environments, Storage, Linux/Windows
- Work in the Office and at Customer premises like Data Centers (30% Travel, 70% Office)
Required skills:
- Fundamental networking knowledge (the equivalent to Cisco CCENT) and the determination to earn the CCNA level knowledge achievement
- Basic knowledge of enterprise networking: Routing & Switching, Firewalling, Wi-Fi systems, and protocols
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Polish
- Problem-solving and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work as an independent engineer, as well as a part of the Team
