As an Account Manager, you will build and develop relationships with Grandmetric Clients, and you will learn about their needs in order to help them solve their business challenges with technical and consulting solutions.
Challenges and responsibilities
- Reach sales targets
- Work in line with the Grandmetric sales process
- Building and maintaining trust in relationships with new and existing customers
- Researching the needs of current customers and learning about their challenges
- Maintaining key sales process indicators for a given position
- Cooperation with a team of certified IT engineers in the area of networks, cybersecurity, wireless networks, systems and applications
- Cooperation with Marketing, Technical Pre-Sales, Business Development teams
- Preparing offers, conducting negotiations and closing sales
- Active search for new sales opportunities among new and existing clients in the Lower Silesia, Opole, Silesia and Greater Poland voivodeships
- Implementing sales techniques related to acquiring new clients, including representing Grandmetric at key industry events
- Maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers
Our expectations
- Strong communication skills and high personal culture
- Good work organization and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead the client throughout the sales process
- Ability to establish long-term business relationships and adapt to existing customer needs
- High language culture of Polish and very good knowledge of English
- Location in Poznań, Wrocław, Opole or the surrounding area
- Readiness for business trips and a category B driving license
