As an Account Manager, you will build and develop relationships with Grandmetric Clients, and you will learn about their needs in order to help them solve their business challenges with technical and consulting solutions.
Challenges and responsibilities
- Implementation of Grandmetric’s sales strategy and goals
- Work in line with the Grandmetric sales process
- Building and maintaining trust in relationships with customers
- Researching the needs of current customers and learning about their challenges
- Maintaining key sales process indicators for a given position
- Cooperation with a team of certified IT engineers in the area of networks, cybersecurity, wireless networks, systems and applications
- Cooperation with Marketing, Technical Pre-Sales and Business Development teams
- Offering, negotiating and closing sales
- Actively searching for new sales opportunities within existing clients
- Support for new qualified opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers
Our expectations
- Strong communication skills and high personal culture
- Work organization and teamwork skills
- Ability to guide the customer throughout the entire sales process
- Ability to establish long-term business relationships and adapt to existing customer needs
- High level of Polish language skills and good knowledge of English (B level at least)
- Readiness for business trips and a Category B driving license
- Sales experience in the IT industry preferred
