Being a Junior Consulting Engineer in Technical Pre-Sales Team, you will be responsible for the technical advisory to Sales Team, implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC/PoV) projects for Grandmetric Clients, and direct cooperation with our Partner Vendors including Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, Palo Alto, Fortinet, all this cooperating with world-class Engineering Team.

Required skills:

  • up to 1 year of experience with knowledge equals to Cisco CCENT and the determination to earn CCNA/CCNP level knowledge achievement
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise networking: Routing & Switching, Firewalling, VPNs, AAA systems and protocols
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Problem-solving and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work as an independent engineer, as well as a part of a Team
  • Very good presentation skills and readiness for public speaking

Your responsibilities:

  • Work as a Consulting Engineer (Regular) in Technical Pre-Sales Team, cooperating closely with the Sales Team
  • Conduct PoC and PoV projects for Grandmetric Clients
  • Contact, listen, and talk to Grandmetric Clients with the aim to understand their needs and challenges
  • Prepare High-Level Designs and advise on the technical BoMs, configurations, and licensing
  • Represent Grandmetric during events and conferences and give technical presentations to the Clients and internal Teams
  • Cooperate directly with market leaders and their experts: Cisco, Vmware, Microsoft, NetApp, Fortinet, Palo Alto
  • Automate your work and support the Sales Team
  • Work with Grandmetric world-class Engineers and Architects
  • Work with a stack of products, technologies, and tools like (but not limited to): Cisco ISE/Firepower/Anyconnect, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Switches/Routers/Wireless/SD-WAN, Fortinet Products, Palo Alto NG-Firewalls/Panorama, Ansible Playbooks, Python, K8S, Vmware, Azure/AWS environments, Storage, Linux/Windows
